This one-of-a-kind offering is designed to move your body, mind, and spirit. For the first part of the day, meander through stunning rock formations, learning the amazing true story of how they got there. Pause to share a simple tea service before settling down for a geology-infused guided meditation. If you wish to find a private place for reflection, the boulders will offer nearby nooks and crannies to cradle you. After a final round of tea, you will make your way back to the trailhead and bring your refreshed, grounded energy into the final days of the year. This is a lighthearted, educational, and meaningful experience that we are so excited to share with you. Group size is limited to 6 people, so register today.
