Morning Backcountry Hike with Hollis
Avoid crowds and make the most of your experience in Joshua Tree with a local naturalist! Meet your guide at the trailhead and learn all about the desert ecosystem and history. Hike at a relaxed pace, pausing frequently to discuss your surroundings and admire the landscape. This hike includes beginner-friendly scrambling and exploring some of the famous granite rocks in the park. Register early, groups limited to 6 hikers!

THE GIVER: Solstice Sunrise Celebration
Celebrate the latest sunrise of the year with a solstice hike in Joshua Tree National Park. Enjoy incredible lighting for photos and unbeatable opportunities to catch a glimpse of desert wildlife. Learn about how native plants manage to use the sun’s energy while managing it’s intense effects in one of the sunniest places in the United States.
Grounded: A Moving Geology Meditation
This one-of-a-kind offering is designed to move your body, mind, and spirit. For the first part of the day, meander through stunning rock formations, learning the amazing true story of how they got there. Pause to share a simple tea service before settling down for a geology-infused guided meditation. If you wish to find a private place for reflection, the boulders will offer nearby nooks and crannies to cradle you. After a final round of tea, you will make your way back to the trailhead and bring your refreshed, grounded energy into the final days of the year. This is a lighthearted, educational, and meaningful experience that we are so excited to share with you. Group size is limited to 6 people, so register today.
